Roy Carver
Roy Carver Jr. earned a BA degree in Math and an MS degree in Statistics from the University of Iowa. He also holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. Carver is the owner and chairman of Carver Pump Company, Carver Aero, Harrington Signal, Inc., KD Industries, and owner of Kewanee Dunes Golf Course. He currently actively partners with other entrepreneurs as both an investor and a consultant.
He was on the Board of Directors of Bandag, Inc. from 1982 until it was sold in 2007, and is currently on the Board of Directors of Iowa First Bancshares Corp.
Carver is chairman of the board of the Roy J. Carver Charitable Trust of which he has been a trustee since its inception in 1982. He is also on the board of Muscatine Charities.
Michael Hammer
Mr. Hammer is a Scottsdale area consultant with a 33 year history of holding business and executive management positions. He spent 21 years in various sales and operating positions at Deluxe Corporation, a $1.8 billion financial forms provider, ultimately managing their national sales organization. Most recently he worked at Heartland Payment Systems for eight years, beginning as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and playing an instrumental role in helping guide the firm through its very successful IPO as its Chief Operating Officer.
Diana S. Hunt, Ph.D.
Dr. Hunt is an organizational development specialist, educator, and author. She brings 27 years of experience in a broad spectrum of organizational initiatives including business development, strategic planning and evaluation in education, business, publishing, and complementary medicine. Dr. Hunt has a solid foundation in designing and implementing training and marketing concepts.
A. Nicholas Rizzo, MD | Director of Medicine of Southwest Surgery
Dr. Rizzo has been in private practice for the last ten years and is a general surgeon in his own company. Dr. Rizzo has served as Chief Resident at Saint John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit and has served on numerous Quality Assurance and Efficiency Committees. Dr. Rizzo has served on the executive committee for the Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, belongs to the American Society of Breast Disease, the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons, the American Hernia Society, and is a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners.
